We have had recommended contractors and so-called home improvement professionals traipsing across our floors since we purchased our house just over a year ago. I can honestly say that Jay and his teams of specialists are absolutely what a homeowner hopes for when choosing people to come into their home. We would especially like to thank the demo and rough-in team for their cleanliness, thoughtfulness, and meticulous attention to detail while prepping our home for construction and the tile/stonework crew for their relentless pursuit of the perfect shower floor installation. Based on recent experiences with other contractors working on different parts of our home, we braced ourselves for the worst when selecting a company to help us reinvent our master bathroom. What could have been pie-in-the-sky promises, low-ball pricing with extra charges during the process, and bad design, followed by months of dusty, loud, irritating, disappointing, dirty workers traipsing through our private space was, thankfully, the exact opposite experience. Jay was honest and accurate in his pricing, design, and expectations, and the crews were skilled specialists who appeared to enjoy their chosen professions. Do not look any further than Classic Kitchen if you want an outstanding remodel or house/room upgrade from start to finish that will far exceed your expectations. Jay is wonderful to work with; and Ernesto and his entire team are true professionals who literally made everything they touched look absolutely beautiful. From the first day we met Jay we knew he was the right person for us to work with. He helped my husband and I re-envision our home and came up with amazing ideas. Importantly, he was also open and always supportive and positive with our suggestions and ideas. We planned the remodel for many months; and we loved all of the final plans and materials selected. But the real amazing work happened when Ernesto led a remarkable team of craftspeople and contractors through a nearly total house remodel on a very tight timeline this past summer. The remodel included removal of walls, new flooring throughout, a brand new kitchen, two brand new bathrooms, wood-work throughout, new lighting and much, much more. The house was almost gutted when they first started working and then the magic started and continued for about 12 weeks – each week it just got better and better. The quality of their work is totally outstanding and their management from start to finish unparalleled. We moved back in a few weeks back and wake up every morning in amazement that we get to live in such a beautiful home. We feel so lucky that we found Jay and the entire team at Classic Kitchen.
