Price includes demolition, drywall repair, electrical, plumbing & plumbing fixtures, framing, tile & tile work, all cabinetry & countertops, flooring & baseboard (in kitchen area only), appliance installation, & all labor.

Items typically driving costs: Reconfiguring layout vs. keeping existing layout; Walls removed (extra cost especially if bearing); Extent and/or style of cabinetry; Finish materials; etc.

Typical Wall Removal Costs (On Average):

Non-bearing: $3,500-$6,500

Bearing: $11,000-$20,000

Load bearing & shear wall: $15,000-$30,000

Design Fees:

This includes fees for design, elevations, and renderings.  Not included are architectural floor plans and engineering.  Fee schedule is as follows: $450 for initial space planning (this includes 3 revisions at no cost), $250 for any additional rooms, and $150 per additional revision.

Any work beyond the scope provided above will be an extra cost. We are a full-service remodel company; this is solely meant to serve as a loose price range estimate of recurrent basic services.
