This eclectic modern design features a flat door in a chicory stained finish, contrasted by stark white quartz countertop. Two square under mount sinks with brushed nickel hardware. Herringbone back splash tiled to the ceiling, with a concrete look porcelain which coordinates with the floor. The shower is tiled with a classic and understated white, marble looking tile to keep the space feeling open and elegant. A water closet was built to give separation and privacy and a hidden laundry roll out was incorporated for functionality.

This traditional master bathroom shower includes, a stone from Daltile called Fidenza (FD01) in a 9×12 for an accent there are 2 6″ bands of SA60 5/8″ by random linear , a glass and stone mosaic also from Daltile. The shower floor is the same FD01 material as the walls in a 2×2. In the middle of the bathroom floor there is a custom 3′ Estes Medallion. There were custom, beveled mirrors made for both of the vanities one was a 63″x59″ and the other is a 77″x60″. All of the fixtures are in a gold finish that ties the traditional feel to the bathroom.

Project Details

This contemporary master bathroom remodel includes a skyline slider enclose, double laundry pull outs, a vanity cabinet and so much more. To start in the shower, we used MA87 Calacatta Polished 12×24 from Daltile for the walls and seat, for the trim we used a polished MA87 3×24 bullnose, and for the floor we used MA87 2×5 linear mosaic also from Dal Tile. The whole shower and most of the bathroom, if you have not noticed, is MA87 Calacatta from Dal Tile. The fixtures are all from Moen, in the series called Brantford and the finishes are in chrome. The enclosure of the shower is called a skyline slider it gives the shower a nice modern, contemporary feel and the shower doors slide more smoothly. Moving on to the flooring, that is also MA87 12×24 polished. On to the cabinets we used Cabinet Creek in the series Katana, the species of the wood used is Maple in the finish Sea Drift. The two sinks that were used are from Amerisink, AS225. The countertop was a Calacatta Quartz NQ96 again from Dal Tile, the edge detail was in an Ogee Bullnose. Lastly to the vanity, there are two pull outs for laundry. Over all this bathroom is modernly contemporary, has a relaxing spa feel to it, great for relaxing and unwinding for the day.

This modern kitchen remodel includes, black chrome appliances, the glass backsplash is from Daltile called Emerald Isle (CS96) it is a linear mosaic. The countertop is a White Statuary Quartz (NQ12) from Daltile, the edge detail is an Ogee square, the sink is a stainless steel apron front sink from Moen (G18121).The flooring is a porcelain wood look tile from Arizona Tile called Africa Dark in a 6×24. The faucet is in the finish spot resist stainless (M7594ESRS) from Moen, and the pulls are polished nickel from Top Knobs. To tie the kitchen all together there are white shaker cabinets that opens up the kitchen and gives it, its modern style.

Guest Bathroom – The guest bathroom has an eclectic multicolored floor called Basketweave Biano Polished from Arizona Tile and the grout color is also #38 Avalnacha, grey walls, and a free standing sink.

The shower walls consist of H-Line Pumice Glossy in 4x 16 from Arizona Tile, the floor is Venatino Honed Mini Brick also from Arizona Tile, the mini brick is also used as the accent for the seat wall and the ceiling giving off an elegant look. The tub deck, counter tops and shower seat is a Victoria Quartz slab and the grout used is #38 Avalancha. The bathroom floor is from Dal Tile (FL06 Carrara 12×24), it is a Carrara look porcelain tile and the same #38 Avalancha grout color.

The backsplash in this beautiful kitchen is a grey, glossy H-Line 4×6, the countertops are a Carrera look quartz from Dal Tile NQ87Concrete Gray, the accent of the kitchen is the island, the island cabinets are painted in a graphite wood color, the wall cabinets are white painted shaker cabinets, the sinnk is a white quartz, unequal, undermount sink from Amerisink AS602 and to give the kitchen a small modern feel there are two large brass lightening fixtures above the island.

This eclectic bathroom in Upland incorporates a 12×24 porcelain that looks like vein cut travertine. It is set in a horizontal brick pattern.  The tub has a custom step built in the corner and at a diagonal to be fully functional and still be out of the way.  A hand shower instead of a traditional shower head was used and one very functional niche. The floor tile is the same porcelain as the tub and shower but in 4 different sizes and set in a Versailles pattern.  The cabinets are original and have been painted to provide a contrast with both the floor and the quartz countertops.

This gorgeous investment property in Glendora incorporates a 12×24 porcelain in the master bath that looks like fabric. 6×24 plank tiles and a band of stone and glass mosaic.  A free standing cabinet is used for a furniture look with open shelving underneath.  The guest bath done with porcelain 12×24 tiles that mimic vein cut travertine and is set in a brick pattern on the shower walls and on the floor.  The kitchen is done in white painted shaker style cabinets, dark gray quartz counters and silver beige mosaic travertine to accent the backsplash.  Under cabinet lighting and a custom soffit with lighting provide multiple lighting options.  The island is a furniture piece with a butcher block top.  The floors throughout are hand-scraped hardwood and the fireplace is done in the same mosaic as the kitchen splash for continuity.

This spacious newly constructed home in Aliso Viejo is set apart by the flamed granite on the kitchen island.  The perimeter counters have quartz countertops with a stacked stone mosaic backsplash which goes all the way to the ceiling and illuminated by over cabinet lighting.  The floor is a 12×24 porcelain tile meant to mimic cement.  The master bathroom takes space seriously by incorporating the tub and shower in one undivided space.  This gives the already large shower an even bigger feel and makes it easy to rinse off after a nice hot bubble bath.  The 8×10 white wall tile is simple and understated while the 1×1 mosaic tile on the shower floor serves to jazz up the space.  A guest bathroom has been turned into a statement piece with the addition of a bamboo vessel sink.
