Estimation Process

We start with an in-home consultation. We come to your home. Take measurements, photos and discuss your vision for the space. Next we set up an appointment with one of our designers at our beautiful showroom. Here we design the entire space. Coordinating and selecting the floors, cabinets, counters, shower walls, lighting and plumbing fixtures. Finally, with all the designs selected, a quote is generated and sent via email.

Contracts

A second showroom appointment is scheduled to add or delete line items and make any final changes to the estimate, sign contracts, deposit payment and review the scope of work. At this point all the pertinent materials are ordered and a tentative construction start date is established.

Working together you and our project team members will define the logistical requirements for the construction process, such as areas for deliveries, placement of dust barriers, barricades (if required) and hours of operation.

Approvals

While awaiting the arrival of materials your appointed designer will send diagrams for your project, including fixture placement and tile layout, cabinetry perspectives and any other clarifying details. This will ensure our readiness when all your materials arrive.

Project Management

When it comes time to begin your project we will assign a project manager, field superintendent, designer and other staff members as required to effectively manage the construction process. Throughout this process you will have several points of contact with our build team to answer any questions and overcome any unforeseen obstacles uncovered during the construction process.
